Buena Vista Audubon Nature Camp Registration Opens

Our famous and fabulously fun summer camp is open for registration! It will be from
June 13-17 (Monday-Friday) 9 a.m.-12 noon, and is for kids ages 6-10. Cost is $100.
Kids learn about the lagoon’s animals and plants, and the people who used to live there, through walks, talks, crafts, games and stories. There are a myriad of activities, such as: What is a watershed and how can we protect it; What creatures live in a bucket of kelp; Painting ceramic animals; Looking at insects under a high-powered microscope; What makes a bird a bird; and learning nature-based songs and poems.
