Sharing our Shores crowdfunding project

Help Buena Vista Audubon raise money for our Sharing our Shores program, which helps children from North County Title I schools learn how to become advocates for protecting threatened shorebirds through beach field trips!

What is it? Sharing our Shores is an Audubon program that helps elementary students learn how to protect threatened and endangered shore birds through science, conservation, and art. This innovative program combines classroom learning with hands-on activities at local beaches.

How can you help? To commemorate the National Park Centennial, the Outdoor Foundation and Outdoor Industry Association launched a campaign, Parks4Kids, to connect young people with parks.  You can help Buena Vista Audubon reach its fundraising goal of $700 for this year’s Sharing our Shores programs, with as little as $10 and as easy as a click on an online donation button!
